Originally from Buffalo, New York, Chris Braun fell in love with Santa Cruz County and its breathtaking views. As a real estate agent, he loves to share his enthusiasm for the area with his clients. He hopes they all achieve the same sense of happiness that he enjoys living in the region.

Before obtaining his real estate license, Chris excelled in advertising sales. He spent 24 years in the field, and that creativity and business sense now allow his real estate clients to reach their goals. His exceptional communication skills help him to fully understand his client's needs, concerns, and time frames. He appreciates that each situation is different, and he really listens to and empathizes with his clients.

Chris is committed to bettering his community. A U.S. Navy veteran, he enjoys working with people from a variety of backgrounds. He is passionate about assisting the local homeless population, and he previously hosted a radio show called “Eugene Maddigan Is Homeless” in order to consider solutions to help with the problem.

Chris and his wife of more than three decades currently live in midtown Santa Cruz and love their close-knit community. In his free time, he loves hiking and mountain biking, and he is often found biking around Seabright Beach, Downtown Santa Cruz, Soquel, or Capitola. He has two adult daughters and is also a huge fan of the Buffalo Bills.
