Gonzalo Castillo-Perez is thoroughly familiar with the Central Coast of California. He grew up in Royal Oaks, then moved to Watsonville, where he graduated from high school and went into automotive sales.
That experience would prepare him to offer the high level of client service required of a real estate professional. “It helped develop my people skills as I assisted clients with their needs,” he says. He also credits his upbringing for instilling a passion for helping others and the core values he brings to every client relationship: honesty, loyalty, efficiency, and trustworthiness.
Gonzalo stays on top of technology to bring his clients state-of-the-art techniques in the fast-moving, ever-evolving world of real estate. “To stay relevant in the market, you must always be adapting, whether it’s your business practices or your online presence,” he says. He has a special affinity for serving first-time buyers and loves making all clients’ dreams come true.
In his spare time, Gonzalo is active in his local church, enjoys being with friends and family, and is a sidewalk surfer who loves skateboarding.
