As a former branch manager for JPMorgan Chase and U.S. Bank, Ivan excels at leading others in fast-paced environments while also creating elevated care experiences for everyone he works with. His financial planning, data analysis, and leadership skills are essential in helping to oversee client transactions and create a streamlined customer experience for every buyer and seller.

 

A passionate community volunteer, Ivan is dedicated to helping raise money for local organizations. He has served on the boards of several nonprofits, including the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds Foundation and the city of Watsonville. Ivan is also the current president of the Walnut Avenue Family and Women’s Center and a member of the Board Development Committee at the Second Harvest Food Bank. When he’s not busy building his real estate career and helping his community, Ivan can be found hanging out with his dog, Kaia, whom he considers the best dog in the world.
