Growing up, Jose Salas dreamed of moving to Santa Cruz; now, he is excited to share his dream city with his clients. A member of an entrepreneurial family, Jose understands the value of hard work and superior customer service. He began his career in the mental health sector, earning a degree in psychology and serving as a mental health coordinator. Jose’s organizational and interpersonal skills make him a natural manager, and he has held management positions for a top construction company, a national real estate franchise, and private investment properties. In 2018, Jose followed his passion for helping others to become an agent.
 
Jose believes in working hard and treating others with kindness and respect. He effortlessly guides his clients through the major decisions of real estate, encouraging them to develop strong priorities so that they can get what they want. He has cultivated proven methods for delivering results while also remaining sensitive to each clients’ individual needs, which makes him an excellent resource for first-time buyers and sellers.
 
Jose is an active member of his Santa Cruz community. His hobbies include fitness and cooking, as well as spending time with his spouse.
