Joe Heller is a Santa Cruz native and full-time Realtor® with extensive knowledge of our coastal and rural neighborhoods. He enjoys helping first-time home buyers, investors, as well as experienced home buyers, contractors, and flippers. With over 16 years in the real estate industry, Joe is a seasoned Realtor® with experience including permitting building projects, property management, loans, loan modifications, loan processing, underwriting, credit repair, foreclosures, short sales, REOs, notary public services. Joe also holds a degree in engineering technology and studied architecture for 2.5 years.
