Local real estate agent Kari Falconer was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, and is passionate about helping new residents discover all the wonderful attributes about the area. From the sense of community to the ample entertainment opportunities, the Santa Cruz region has brought tremendous joy to her life, and she uses her local knowledge to assist clients as they look for their next homes. She especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers as they grow their real estate portfolios.

 

A graduate of local Harbor High School, Kari completed a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication with a minor in leadership at California State University, Chico. Growing up, her father was a local real estate developer. From project conception to the eventual sale of a property, she gained firsthand experience in real estate development. This background fueled her drive to enter the industry on her own.

 

In 2017, Kari earned her real estate license. Since that time, she has operated her real estate business based on the golden rule: Treat her clients the way she would want to be treated. She uses her communications education to provide accurate and up-to-date information to her clients, which ensures a smooth transaction that allows her to focus on her clients’ wants, needs, and goals.

 

Kari resides in Live Oak with her husband, Matt, three children, and their dog, Rosie. She is active with her family’s school activities and clubs, and she also has volunteered on the Live Oak Little League board. She enjoys softball, yoga, fitness, and pugs.
