Meet Sebastien

Sebastien is a Santa Cruz local with a dynamic nature, talent for customer service, and drive. Previously achieving an associate's degree in fire technology at Cabrillo College and having been certified as an emergency medical technician, helping people has always been his passion. He's not afraid to take on challenging work and believes in doing everything he can to provide a seamless experience for our clients. 

Sebastien’s unrivaled care, attention toward clients, and his can-do attitude show this drive in preparing the home for sale. He is studying real estate and wants to continue providing seamless client experiences as a property prep coordinator. He understands the journey of preparing a home through his experience, which shines in his work. You might catch him driving our ROOM Real Estate branded truck between properties, meeting with inspectors. He’s even jumped into deep water to unclog a pipe and pushed cars for a photo shoot! When he's not out making sure clients' homes are perfect for sale, Sebastien enjoys motocross at Metcalf Motocross on the weekends and spending time with friends. Some of his favorite local restaurants are El Palomar, Bettys Burgers, Alderwood, and El Chipotle by the ROOM Real Estate Soquel office. Whether as a buddy on the motocross tracks or as a trustworthy member of the ROOM team helping you sell your home, Sebastien will have your back!
