Meet Shaniya

One of our driven and capable team members, Shaniya is originally from Sri Lanka and has extensive experience serving clients. With an associate's degree in business administration and currently majoring in economics, her drive, knowledge of dynamic markets, consumer psychology, and entrepreneurship all contribute to her career in the real estate industry. Her creativity and experience working with others make her an indispensable asset. 

As our smiling face at the Felton office and creative marketing team member, Shaniya's unique input and care bring energy to the team. She values honesty, communication, organization, and creativity, and those values shine through daily in her work. She always pushes herself to create something she is proud of and curates her communication skills to suit the situation's needs easily. 

An avid community member, Shaniya was pulled to the area because of Santa Cruz's weather and sun. She enjoys hiking in the mountains, sunning at the beach, and experiencing the culture of downtown. Cooking, writing, and painting are her passions, and when she's not working towards making our clients' experiences seamless, she enjoys spending time with friends. Shaniya is a powerhouse team member who will go above and beyond to create positive experiences and support the team.
